Beer Board or Scallop: which should you choose?
For most bars, pubs and cafés, the 390gsm Beer Board is the place to start. It's our best-value coaster, available in square or circle, and it's the classic shape venues expect under a drink. The minimum order is 1,000 coasters per design, so it's an easy entry point for a first branded run.
Step up to the Scallop Coaster when you want your branding to stand out or work harder. The scalloped edge gives it a distinctive look, and because it prints on both front and back, you get double the branding: a logo on one side, a promotion or QR code on the other. It has a higher minimum order of 5,000, so it suits venues, events or launches ordering at a bit more volume.
Pricing on both drops as your quantity increases. The from-prices above are ex GST, and your account manager will give you an exact rate for your quantity on your quote. Every order includes free design and a proof to approve before anything prints.
Ordering at scale, or across more than one venue? Because we print in-house rather than reselling someone else's run, a large order doesn't get queued behind other jobs, and one account manager coordinates the whole thing, whether that's a single big print run or coasters going out to several locations. Absolutely. We print full-colour custom designs, and free graphic design is included on every order: send your artwork and we'll set up a print-ready proof to approve.
