How does billing work?
We direct debit on either the 1st or 15th of each month — your choice when you sign up. Your branded cups are dispatched 5 days after your billing date, arriving on schedule every month.
When will I receive my first delivery?
Your first delivery arrives 5 days after your chosen billing date. When our account manager calls to set up your account, they will confirm your start date and help you choose the right billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no notice period and no lock-in contract. Cancel whenever you need to, with no questions asked and no penalties.
Can I pause or skip a month?
Absolutely. If you are closing for holidays or already have plenty of stock, just let us know and we will skip that month's delivery and billing. No charge, no hassle.
What if I need extra cups during a busy month?
No problem. Subscribers can order additional individual cartons at their same subscription unit rate, anytime. No minimum order and no penalty.
What cup sizes are available?
We offer 6oz, 8oz and 12oz single wall coffee cups, all sharing a universal 80mm lid so one lid size works across your whole range. Perfect for cafes running multiple brew sizes.
Is design and artwork included?
Yes. Our free full-colour design service is included with every subscription. We print CMYK offset on a Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 75 for sharp, professional results. You can also update your artwork every single month at no extra cost.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver along the eastern coastline of Australia, from the Sunshine Coast (QLD) down to Melbourne (VIC), including Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra.
What is the difference between PE Recyclable and Aqueous Compostable cups?
PE Recyclable cups use a standard polyethylene lining and are recyclable through soft plastics facilities. Aqueous Home Compostable cups break down in your home compost bin, making them our most eco-friendly option. Both print beautifully
with full-colour CMYK offset.
Can I add lids to my subscription?
Yes. Lids are optional and use a universal 80mm rim that fits all three cup sizes. PE Recyclable lids are $65 per carton and Aqueous Compostable lids are $85 per carton. Select your preference when building your plan above.
